Hair loss might be defined as a situation when your falling hair is faster than your hair growth. It could be all over your hair on your scalp, or a bald round patch, on your scalp only, until all of your hair on your body. Alopecia is a scientific name for hair loss condition. When your hair loss occurred on your scalp only, it is called alopecia areata, when it’s happened on your scalp and your face, it’s called alopecia totalis, and when it’s happened all over your body, it’s called alopecia universalis. People are afraid of being bald and suffering alopecia. This is not because alopecia is contagious or something harms your life. But, it could take away all of your confidences. synthesis. There is a lot of vitamin B complex today in the supermarket, but if you want to find a natural product of it, you could find a high amount of this biotin in Royal jelly. Our body could not make biotin of ourselves. We need to supply it from our food. Lack of biotin could give a side effect to our body, such as hair loss problem. Eat too much white eggs could also lead into biotin deficiency. This is due to the high avidin in white eggs. It binds the biotin and prevents it to be absorbed. Other health problems due to biotin deficiency are skin disorders, dermatitis, anemia and fatigue, muscle pain, loss of appetite and many more.

Hair loss might not be overcome only by one type of vitamin. Hair loss problem could be very complex. In this way, you have to manage your emotion to overcome your stress, you have to check your nutrient for your hair, and also you have to check your heredity history. But, at least if you eat enough vitamins, you supply your hair and scalp the basic need to prevent excessive hair loss and slower the process.
